Refund & Return Policy

At Tesoro Hair, we take pride in offering premium-quality hair extensions and hair solutions. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, please review our policy carefully prior to purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery or pickup on eligible items that meet all return requirements.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• The gold security ties and packaging seal must remain fully intact and untampered
• The product must not be worn, brushed, styled, coloured, washed, altered, or removed from its packaging

All returned items are inspected upon arrival prior to approval.

Opened Hair Extensions

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened hair extensions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Any product with:

• Removed or tampered gold security ties
• Opened packaging
• Signs of wear, brushing, styling, washing, colouring, or alteration

will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Custom Orders

All customized orders including:

• Custom colour orders
• Toppers
• Wigs
• Special-order products

are final sale.

Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect or defective item was received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we may assist you promptly.

Return Refusals

Tesoro Hair reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
