At Tesoro Hair, each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure the highest quality experience upon arrival.

Processing Times

Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing prior to shipment.

Customized orders, colour-matched items, toppers, wigs, and special-order products may require additional preparation time. Estimated timelines will be communicated when applicable.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday excluding holidays.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, Tesoro Hair may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Tesoro Hair is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Tesoro Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Tesoro Hair is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
