Tesoro Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Tesoro Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened hair extensions, customized products, toppers, wigs, and special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returned items are subject to inspection and approval prior to refund or exchange.
Consultations & Colour Matching
Consultations and colour matching are provided as guidance based on the information, photos, or samples provided by the client.
While we strive to achieve the closest possible match, slight colour variations may occur.
Product Care & Maintenance
Tesoro Hair is not responsible for damage caused by:

- Improper maintenance
- Excessive heat styling
